Delete your QuickSell account
You can delete your account and data yourself, from the QuickSell app (Account → Delete account) or on this page. It works without the app.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number, city and profile photo
- All your ads, with their photos and videos
- Your saved ads (favourites) and ad reports you sent
- Messages you sent us through the contact form from the same email
- Your support tickets, with their replies and any screenshots you attached
- Your sign-in sessions, app tokens and push-notification registrations
What we keep
- A short, non-identifying log line that an account was deleted (date, how, number of ads), with no name, email, phone or IP address
- Routine server security logs (such as IP addresses) and backups may hold copies for a limited time until they are rotated out automatically. We do not use them to restore deleted accounts.
- Information we must keep if the law or an investigation requires it
This is permanent. Deleted accounts and ads cannot be restored. Anyone who contacts the seller later will find the ad gone. Staff and currently restricted accounts cannot be deleted here, so email support@quicksell.pk for those.

For Google sign-in accounts, or if you forgot your password. We email a 6-digit code to your account address.

If you cannot use either option, email support@quicksell.pk from your account address and ask us to delete your account. We reply by email. See also our Privacy policy.
