Using the site

QuickSell is a platform where people post classified ads and contact each other. We are not a party to any deal between buyers and sellers, and we do not own, inspect or guarantee the items listed.

Your account

You must give correct information when you register and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account. You must be at least 18 years old to post ads.

Your ads

You are responsible for the content of your ads. Ads must be truthful and follow our posting rules. By posting an ad you allow us to display it on the site and in our marketing. You choose whether buyers can Call or WhatsApp the contact number you enter on the ad.

Prohibited content

Adult, sexual and escort services, illegal goods and services, and any content listed in our posting rules are not allowed. We may remove such content and ban the account without notice.

Our rights

We may review, edit, refuse or remove any ad, and suspend or close any account, at our discretion, for example when rules are broken or to protect other users.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, QuickSell is not liable for any loss arising from deals between users, from content posted by users, or from the site being unavailable.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page shows the latest change. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
